From technology investments to customer satisfaction

At Oakley Industries, we have a multi-part strategy to invest in new technologies that are all designed to increase the satisfaction of our customers.

We are currently investing in three areas... improved customer access to information, improved product and customer service quality, and improved production efficiency and, therefore, pricing.

This new web site that you are looking at, which was launched in May 2011, is phase 1 of our plan to improve customer access to information. By the end of the year, this site will boast additional new features that will allow customers to place and track orders, see discounted items, and communicate with our customer service team. We are also in the process of implementing a new ERP system which we expect to have implemented in the coming months which will dramatically improve our times for providing quotes and responding to customer inquiries, and will also help us improve our product quality. Finally, we are also in the process of making significant technological investments in our key production equipment that will provide dramatic improvements in a wide variety of production and quality metrics.

We won't rest in our quest to improve until technology stops advancing, and we don't expect that to happen anytime soon.
