While we are capable of producing all of our tubing products in house, we also are able to provide various finishing processes, such as drawing over mandrel or full soak annealing, for tubing manufacturers who do not have those capabilities. We frequently ship internationally, and can create specialized packaging and shipping solutions for customers on any continent. Standards and quality control

Oakley is ISO 9001 certified, and maintains a rigorous quality control program employing destructive and non-destructive testing, inspection, comprehensive training, and an incentive based pay program for all employees that values product quality over everything but employee safety.

We manufacture As Welded, Outer Diameter Conditioned, and Bead Hammered tubing to ASTM standards A269, A554, A632, and/or A450, depending on the finishing options chosen. We can manufacture Cold Drawn Outer Diameter and Welded & Drawn tubing to ASTM A249, ASME SA249, ASTM A269, A554, A632, B515, ASME SB515, ASTM B516, ASME SB516, Mil T 8606, Mil T 8808 Type 2, Mil T 6845 Type 2, and AMS 5576.
